Anyone prediabetic, don’t take pills reduce carbs drastically. It really works. I was T2D, I now have normal blood sugar levels by doing low carb. It’s not a diet but a lifestyle and you will learn to absolutely love it I will bet. Long has helped me with many medical conditions including T2D in remission, seriously reduced prostate size, fatty lump on head disappeared, less established skin cancer disappeared, fitness improved, sleep improved significantly. Please listen to this guy try to understand your health more this info is priceless.
