What I love about adding a booty band to my thigh workouts is that you start to feel the burn SOOO much faster!! You can totally do this 15 minute thigh workout without the bands, too!

@theFitty holy cow that’s along time! And yes, I’ve done the calendar everyday since I discovered she had one! After doing her stuff for a year I started added in weights and stuff and doing other workouts along with her stuff. I did Lilly Sabri’s guides along with the calendar for over a year but stopped due to going back to school. I love Casey’s workouts especially as time goes on as she’s so creative! I love how she tries to switch it up which makes me want to come back for more

Everyone is always saying “Find the exercise you love and enjoy” and I think exercises with the booty band (or other equipment, dumbells not so much tho) is the way to go for me!!!

I literally just bought the starry night booty bands so I can try this, I’ve been waiting for a reason! Can you do another vid that incorporates the bands more? Also maybe a new beginner vid for people recovering from core injuries? I’ve had 24 surgeries for Endo and my core is destroyed but I’ve followed you since like 2009 and I’m having issues getting any workout done big time. 😥 I’m sorry if that’s asking a lot, I’m sure I’m not the only one. 💖
