Any tips on exercises when weight bearing on wrists is an issue due to previously breaking it and a hip arthroscopy. 🤣 I’m falling to bits haha!

The only move that scare me from all of them is ‘ in n out ‘ I always feel like I’m going to fall with middle splits 😂😂( without shoes).
