👍
Had many insulin resistance symptoms but now on keto and they are slowly disappearing.
Great job. Glad to hear you are doing well.
Yes! Sparkling water with 1 Tbs ACV and 1 Tbs cranberry concentrate. Yum!
Sounds pretty good! Thanks for sharing.
cranberry concentrate has sugar, no? i know dark cherry does.
This is definitely the answer! Doing Keto for the last 2 years, numbers are so much better, no meds, weight is down, however, A1C still high, and I know I MUST GET THIS Body MOVING for the best results!Thank you so much Dr. Zyrowski for this information & solution for a better life.
You are welcome. Keep pushing forward Rosa! You are doing great.
@Dr. Nick Zyrowski Absolutely!!! No stop!!👍🏽☺️ Love your channel by the way!💕 Great info!!
I mix 32 ounces cold sparkling water with 2 tablespoons of organic apple-cider vinegar, add 1 tablespoon lime juice and add some Himalayan salt crystals (depending how salty you like your drink)and mix.
It’s better for your teeth if you drink it with a straw.
Thanks for sharing this! It sounds good! I like it too because it’s simple.
Thanks you for the advice!!! As greek at celebrations we are forced to eat more!
Now you have a few tricks up your sleeve. 🙂
Just drank apple cider vinegar water before I watched this.
Nice! Do you drink it daily?
@Dr. Nick Zyrowski
2-3 times a day especially with high carbohydrate foods.
Has never heard anyone give the tip to exercise afterwards to lower glucose but I discovered that on my journey with tracking my activity and numbers
Nice! You’re on the right track then. Do you do any of the other tips?
Very useful ‘hands on’ information ~ many thanks 👍
You are welcome. Give some feedback on how it works for you. 🙂
great video Dr Nick..that is very helpful
You are welcome. Thanks for the support!
Can’t believe we have access to this information for FREE
TY Dr.
You are welcome. Thank you for the support!
Dr. Z. This video showed up at the most opportune time. I’m a T2D and my sister-in-law is visiting for a week and she made Cinnabon-size breakfast rolls. They are delicious but they drove my numbers off the chart. I took a 5.5 mile walk and got my numbers back to 80.
Oh man! It sure did then.
You should do a video on what meals should consist of for steady blood sugar throughout the day. Is it protein carbs and fat? Or does protein slow blood sugar down or fat or all of them together.
That’s a good idea. Are you going to try the carb last strategy?
Thanks Dr. NICK!😀👍
You are welcome 🙂.
24 ounces of water, pinch of good salt, lemon juice and a few drops of enzymes.
I like that. Is this daily that you drink this?
Eating psyllium husk, ground chia and water with cinnamon can really help, plus it makes a nice pudding or smoothie bowl
Interesting combo.
Once again, ACV to the rescue! I guess a brisk walk might help after eating?
Yes. That is perfect.
Definitely have had those symptoms. Even after eating keto well for months, a single brownie can sort the craving for sweets.
Outside of diet are you using any other methods to support a healthy metabolism?
I had a product said no sugar added, in the ingredients it said cane sugar. I have even found 15-20 mins of walk will help after a meal. Berberine can be really helpful as well with a meal that has more carbs you want.
Thanks for sharing James. These methods really work!
