Protein powder

Ready for some realness? Sometimes I have NO TIME and I literally eat out of a Costco chicken can and pull leaves from a TJ’s butter lettuce bag with 3 min to spare between meetings.

It’s not glamorous and probably not at all what you’d expect of me, but it’s real life. I try my best to meal prep but sometimes you gotta go for the convenience!

Btw, those Supersculpt protein pancakes 🥞are AMAZE! I ate them nearly EVERYDAY on my 90 Day Journey! I prep the batter beforehand to save time.

2 scoops vegan protein powder
1 tbs tapioca powder
1/3 c liquid egg whites
Pinch of baking powder
1 tbs water

This is 25g of protein (depending on what powder you use). Sometimes I double this and also add PB. LITERALLY YUM. 😋
