Hi so I’m 14 and I’ve been watching you for almost 6 months now so pls do you have any tips for me to lose wieght and stay motivated I tried everything but I always give up after the first week. Hey! I just tried this routine and let me say… it worked so well! So hats of to you!, and I saw you’re videos about you high pony cap (great vid BTW) and it got be thinking what if you made a *bun cap* whenever I workout with caps (which is often) I wear buns, but you can’t really wear a bun and a cap which is super inconvenient!, so If we could make a bun cap I think it would be super neat..
This is actually perfect for me I have been thinking of cardio but I hate running 😅
can you do a non running cardio that isn’t so tough on knees? i have really bad knees and wouldn’t be able to do those for a minute
