What do we do if we go hypoglycemic during IF? Maybe mine gluconeogenesis is slow to make sugar from stored fat and protein but it will do it’s job if I eat fat and protein? Or I do need some carbs?
Either Vitamin B5, L-Carnitine, and/or Chromium helped me tremendously with hypoglycemia post intermittent fasting. I no longer have hypoglycemia. Plus, during the time frame of when I had an episode, my naturopathic physician ran a full nutrition blood work panel on me. Turns out that I was borderline deficient in vitamin B5, L-Carnitine, and vitamin C. After supplementing, the problem never came back.
It helped my dad tremendously when he was suffering with COPD

I’m coming to the conclusion that we should all be free to purchase even prescription drugs for ourselves. How many people are suffering or even dying purely because Drs won’t prescribe drugs that they ask for based on their own research? We all know drugs that have been demonstrated to help, and that may be widely used in some countries, but are restricted in others, largely due to politics. We need to all have the freedom to take responsibility for our own health should we so wish.
It really comes down to choosing a better doctor. Let the doctors that wont offer good services fail in practice by having no customers / patients.
Yes AMAZON pulled the NAC so I went on eBay and purchased a GANG of bottles ( like 7 ) and I take glutathione as well. The combination has my skin POPPING!!! So shiny and smooth.
I also take MSM.. the sulfur boosts the glutathione stores as well.
There’s just a beautiful glow about the skin when the liver and kidneys are CLEAN ….
So before I go on social gatherings where I may drink 🍹.. I’ll take milk thistle 4-5 hours before I head out.

We’re living in a time where we are slowly starting to wake up to the fact that the people that we elect to look after our health and welfare are killing us. It started with keto for me about 4 years ago then fasting then not watching MSM and doing the opposite of what we are being told. At 57 I feel healthier than when I was 35 all because I started to watch people like Dr. Nick and Dr Mercola and others. Keep up the great work, we are slowly waking up.
Available in UK and have been taking it for a while now. Biggest benefit for me is that in the winter time my fingers used to get very cold. After taking this they no longer do so. If you cannot get it in the USA why not log on to Amazon uk site and order from there.

It was part of my arsenal when we all got the virus early this year. Thank God we all recovered but it took several months to stop coughing. Meanwhile, the fda started making threats to make it rx and it disappeared or the price went up. I was able to get some more and it’s on hand again. I’ll keep taking it for asthma flares and other things listed. Thanks Dr. Z.

When I had bronchitis overseas while doing a volunteer work in East Africa, the doctor just gave me NAC and I healed fast.
…..can NAC be taken with SOD or should they be spread out during the day?
I read in the book “Dumping Iron”, that NAC is strong a chelator of placing iron into cells and should not be taken if Ferritin blood levels are already high (above 100). Too much iron being a risk factor for cardiovascular disease and cancer. A way around it so NAC could be taken daily would to have a couple of phlebotomy’s (blood donation) done per year to lower iron levels.
