Look into “organic cacao nibs”. You could throw a handful into a cup of almond milk + ceylon cinnamon powder. You’ll probably satisfy the craving, and this combination has almost no carbs.

Would you be able to do a video on weight gain please? I can eat all the crap in the world and I don’t put an ounce on. I’m consistently anywhere between 10 1/2 stone and 11 stone. I’d like to put more weight on as I believe I look on the skinny side. Many thanks mate
Im doimg fine with omad and every week 48 hour water fast including exercise , when i reach 38 hours the hunger goes away, but after 48 hour of fast i already lost minimum 1pound of fat that’s crazy! Thanks to Jason Fung and all the Fasting comunity👍💪
Im starting to see results after 38 hours of fasting but maybe it’s just me. But if you guys are not seeing results you may try a 48 hour fast. If you past 48 and ypu hunger goes away you can keep going

Dear sir, How many carbs and calories does need. for a adult man daily?
I have 30 carbs a day
85g (total). High fiber I.F. protocol. It’s about 25-30% protein, 45% fat and 30% carbs. What do you think DrZ? Good for longevity?
Your friends and family trying to force carbs in your mouth while you are fasting should be part of your resistance planning also. They will not want you to succeed.

All my carb from row beet and carrot and celery
I don’t count carbs. I allow myself to have some cheat days. I still do a mix of 16:8 or OMAD even on those cheat days. I have found I can indulge a little without being addicted, all while maintaining my goal weight.
