Red meat and dairy products, but where do these animals get their B12 from? They eat grass, right? Why don’t plants have B12?
It’s all in a matter of how it is absorbed in the body. if there is inflammation present in the gut B12 is not going to be absorbed. This is why we must work on fixing the gut with Dr z! π I have found spirulina is pretty good for boosting energy and it’s all natural vitamin B12. May not work for everyone though.

I understand what you’re saying, but I’m wondering why animal products have B12, but plants don’t. Animals eat plants, so they get their source of vitamins through plants. I’ve been asking this question for a long time, and I haven’t heard any answers. This whole B12 vitamin is a mystery.
I use spirulina in my smoothies. It’s loaded with iodine. A good way to remove toxins from the body.
@Moto Shark Animals that we eat for food must process the plants differently than humans. For instance we need oxygen to survive. Plants survive on Carbon dioxide. So there is a perfect exchange of these gases between humans and plants!π

Wanted to apologize for a past post about the sale of supplements. As you pointed out when you Already have a deficiency of something it is hard to correct with food alone . I chose to apologize on this particular one even b4 watching this one. Could you do a video of combinations of supplementation like vitamin C helping with the absorption of iron or D with magnesium and so on . I watch a lot of these type of videos and from your comment it was clear you understood where the snarky comment came from . Thanks Doc

This can be a food allergy you can always get tested for that as well. But there are other tests you will have to try to doctor Z can help you with that. Leaky gut is the leading cause of autoimmune.
Same symptoms if you are vitamin D deficiency too
We have to ask why so many people are or will suffer from these disorders .It is a direct result of unhealthy food, water, overmedicated people, gluttony, etc.Why are “doctors” not helping people with these issues?

When I had some blood-work done and was tested for B12 my doctor asked if I was taking supplements as it was 918 pg/ml when the normal range is 197-771 pg/ml. He said a high value is not harmful, but I told him I took no supplements, just eat all the foods you have listed!
