This is what i been telling my mom who is 77 and in chronic pain all the time, does damn cooking oils of hers, peanut, vegetable, but main issue is that those oils are also dirt cheap, i told her to cook with olive oil and avocado but she says the taste is not the same.
I buy my strawberries frozen in the mix and i wash them clean.
Ignorance is blessed, lots of people have conditions but they decide to turn the blind eye, there is a guy at my job who has none alcoholic fatty liver he gained a lot of weight in 10 years, is blood pressure is 160/100 and if father died of liver cancer at a young age, but yet he is not losing weight nor changing is very bad diet.
