I know you will probably not read my comment but I’ve tried your split in 30 minutes video like so many times and it’s super hard to get it.
Everytime I do the whole video for half an hour and when I finally get to the split I end up bending my knees and never get it right 🙁
Can you make another video like a part two or something and tell some tips to not bend your knees while doing the split?
