these sighs that the dr. mentioned are probably coming from bad sources of sugar ..
what makes me say is , when looked at those who advocate healthy whole food high carb low fat diet plant based , they do not get any of these symptoms that dr. had mentioned , they have great skin , good blood markers , well controlled blood sugar , average a1c , good mind focus ,, increased insulin sensitivity , controlled body weight,,ect ect …
