I love standing ab workouts because it challenges my abs in new dimensions! Simply by standing up, we're activating the core in a different way than when we're laying on the mat. Plus, the added weights make this workout extra intense, but you can do without, too!

A thing that would really help me personally , would be an overview of how much calories you burned after a workout.
For me it is really important to „track“ my calories that are burned to know how much i can eat.
Losing weight for me is a journey 🙄

She cant really do that, because it depends on how much effort YOU put in, how high your heart rate is, how much you weigh, if you had any stimulants / preworkout, etc. But all in all, unless you did an hour or more of cardio, you can pretty much eat the same amount of calories as you would without working out. It’s all about getting stronger and healthier 😊 the weight loss comes with the diet — calories in < calories out

I know you are right and thought about that, too but you can say an average burn if you follow her intensity for an orientation.
Bc I do not have a watch to track my sport and everything. That is why it is hard to have an overview. The fatlos jourey is not my main goal. 😊

Fave ab workout so far!! I have a protruding tailbone so most ab workouts crush it and cause me injury. This is perfect!!
