I would love that too! I enjoyed this workout, but it was intense on my neck-and as a singer I’m always trying to relax my neck and throat more!

I like saying to not compare yourself to anyone, 🤞🤞 *not even your FORMER Self! Do not compare yourself to yourself. You are an ever-changing being in every single moment and in one point of your life you will be more fit, more stressed, more fulfilled, etc etc and other points of your life. This is the natural phase of your life! Don’t compare yourself to your past self even if you were fitter. Don’t compare your self (unless comparing yourself makes you feel better about yourself), period!*
Thank you for this! I have really been struggling since I fell off the wagon and can’t complete a lot of these workouts like I used to. But one day I will reach that point again!
