I’m oddly sooo excited for this. I’ve been REEEEAAAALLLYYY struggling with health and body image. Not only have I gained a very significant amount of weight but Friday was a wakeup call as I found out I had to be put on blood pressure meds (I’m only 30 and used to be very active because of my job but covid changed that and left me with crippling anxiety, depression and diagnosed OCD). I know this is probably gonna be soooo hard the first few days because I’ve been so very sedentary and cautious for about 10 months (because of covid. I was already high risk before the blood pressure issue) but I feel like I have to get through this and do this for myself. As dramatic as it sounds, it does feel like it’s now or never. I have to make a change. I truly hope these next 14 days catapult me into a healthy routine again because I really need a win lol. Thank you for this Cassey!
