5000 calories of SIMPLE CARBOHYDRATE[from fruit] or 5000 calories of FAT[from meat] makes me fatter? Or does not matter which energy source I use only the calorie intake?
5000 calories is a lot. Make sure you actually need that amount of food. You should not eat all those calories in fruit.
@Dr. Nick Zyrowski ok Doctor but you missed the point I only want to understand nutrition connection with endocrinology. So there are two cases:
1.) 2000 calories CARBOHYDRATE
2.) 2000 calories FAT
