I don’t think this is supposed to be a workout more a ranking but I am planning to pick about 15 and do 20 reps of each

This is a fab video Cassey ! im going to do 10reps of each, first 25 before work and second lot of 25 after work. I keep getting injured running because i weak glutes and dodgy hip flexers lol.
