I recently started following a vegetarian diet and I’ve been feeling awfully sick ,and I just realized I’m having more that 3 of these symptoms
The teeth in our mouths belong to a meat eating predator—Not to a herbivore. A mountain lion does Not loath itself for needing to eat goats and chickens to sustain its life: Are we less than a wild mountain lion?
To do a vegetarian diet these days as I have done takes a lot of research as most of our farms are overcultivated and the soils are nutrient deficient so you don’t really know what you’re eating. You might as well eat cardboard and get the same results from what I have experienced.
Meat heals
This is one of the reasons I’m not a fan of a vegetarian diet.
Thank you for this ❤️
You are welcome.
If supplementing, I have heard that you should take Methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin, same for folate, methylfolate.
It’s the ideal way to go.
Thank you. I have at least 3 symptoms. I will deal with this deficiency today to redress the imbalance. Bless you. 🙏👍
I’ve had most of the symptoms you’ve described due to misdiagnosed gut issues where I was even prescribed psychotropic medications like benzodiazepine in order to manage anxiety and sleeplessness. Mind bending drugs appear to be a misguided quick fix these days probably influenced by big pharma. Fortunately for me, I did some research and found a good holistic psychologist who also was fully versed in nutrition and how it affects the mind/body system… To cut a long story short I had a B12 deficiency and within a few weeks of treatment with B12 I was a new man. 😊💖💥
This is the huge problem with medicine. They use medicine to treat deficiencies. Totally ignorant.
Can you please talk about heavy cycles causes, crampes, pain,…ect. Is it normal to have these painful signs ?
Can be from many different things. It’s impossible to pinpoint it without proper history. Maybe a gallbladder problem though.
Always great info on this channel. Thank you Dr Nick!
You are welcome!
Thank you, I’ve every symptom and now I can help myself!
Awesome to hear.
Doctor Z,
If you are familiar with POTS syndrome, I wonder if POTS is really B vitamin deficiency. Last winter I struggled for months with these symptoms and was taking a B complex + good quality nutritional yeast, eggs, meat etc
It did not appear to help, but I wonder if liver or gut issues can prevent the absorption or use
Would be interesting to see a deeper dive, or maybe the cause was something else
I’d like to hear something about POTS, too.
Could taking iron supplements help with this?
It’s totally different.
@Dr. Nick Zyrowski how can I know the difference from iron deficiency and b12 deficiency? From what you described b12 deficiency has same symptoms as iron deficiency.
I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia about 10 years ago and have been giving myself B12 injections every month. What I have noticed is how expensive the single dose vials of B12 has become. My insurance has never covered it even though it was prescribed by my Dr. and Medicare doesn’t cover it either. I have found some Veterinarians B12 vials online that is cheaper and wonder if I could use that. If anyone knows of a cheap place to get B12 vials please post and let me know. Thank you!
You got to be careful because in the case of vitamins you get what you pay for. Too cheap means poor quality.
@Dr. Nick Zyrowski thank you for your quick response! You are right so I’ll be sure to be careful. I still don’t understand why insurance companies and Medicare won’t cover B12 injections since they are prescribed by my Dr. I absolutely know when it’s time for my B12 injections by my memory lapse of words that would normally be easy. it’s like a disconnect in the brain.
It turns out, me becoming the supreme king of laziness could be B12 deficiency.
Lol… maybe .
Wow!! This really is me!! Thank you for the video
You are welcome.
@Dr. Nick Zyrowski question…can you be my Dr.?
I take B12 a couple of times a week, just to keep ontop of it.
I’ve been taking the Sublingual Methylcobalamin Lemon ones for years now.
Takes forever to melt though. Lol.
TFS, take care everybody, & Happy Weekend too. ❤🙂🐶
Graphene oxide
My B12 on a recent blood test was really really high… more than double the upper RDA without supplements or high B12 siet. They think it is a sign of liver inflammation?
I heard that refined grains, caffeine, sugar, emotional stress and alcohol can deplete b vitamins. Is there any truth to this?
Thank you , very informative video 🥰
Fantastic information. Thank you so much.
