Mostly, losing weight is an internal process. You will first lose hard fat that surrounds your organs like liver, kidneys and then you will start to lose soft fat like waistline and thigh fat. The fat loss from around the organs makes you leaner and stronger.
Yes! That’s why it’s so important in my weight loss journey to get healthier. Especially after being diagnosed with fatty liver disease along with my kidney and high blood pressure issues that I have going on presently. It’s been 2 months now and I’ve lost close to 20 pounds and feel so much better! Walking has been the best exercise for me. I’m now up to 3 MI a day from starting off with half a mile. This is something that I know I can continue to do for the rest of my life.

Hey Dr. Z.. how did your antibodies test go?
Dr Z I have a question..my son is 9 he got sick in winter 2019…he was sick for over a year …he wasn’t eating good at all and would gain weight…we saw 23 Drs found nothing wrong with him except he a virus.. when he did start eating he eats fish spinich kimchi sushi but kept gaining weight…increased weight and inflamation with exercise.. he developed a fatty liver high triglycerides a1c metabolic syndrome with massive diarrhea…I started watching u and other holistic Drs and got a food tolerance test done …I added the probiotics that we’re low which fixed the bowel movement we started fasting 16/8 and he has lost 11 pounds now…his digestive enzymes were all off and vit d is only 25 so I ordered hydroxy vit d for kids he is starting this week….but my question for u is what is the best product to increase his digestive enzymes and the beat pre/probiotics for kids in your opinion…please help us…I can’t find a holistic Dr for kids anywhere near us
