2. Burn fat using all low-impact & apartment-friendly moves!
I'm gonna do that by adding weights to my routine, but you can do the workout without weights!

I got to love this type of workouts, i still go back to your 30 minute head to toe workout, it just hits the spot 😀 i do it anytime I don’t have time or can’t follow calendar that day. Would love to see weighted series, like 10/15 minute ones for each body part 👌💯♥️
Me too!! I’d always puts me in the mood when I don’t feel like working out. Also the sentence where she says “there isn’t a muscle in your body that hasn’t been touched” assures me I made the right choice 🤗
