G`day Drz , I cut out all dairy from my diet lost my pot belly and I feel soooo much better , think about it humans are the only mammal that drinks milk in adulthood and we are only mammal that drinks the milk from a different mammal MMmmm and it makes me wonder !

I’m pretty fortunate since my food cravings are vegetables lol my favorite snacks are coral lettuce, cabbage shreds, all kinds of seaweed. At times kimchi, but I don’t consume too much of it due to its sugar content. I even like chicken breast and spicies like cayenne pepper. Bell peppers are just so tasty too. I don’t eat a lot of white carbs since I’m not that into them, same for sugar foods and beverages. My visceral fat level is 1 and my bmi is not overweight or obese. But guess what, my belly is still there. Its not large but it feels fleshy. I don’t know what to do about it. Maybe this is due to my constipation issues as I poop only once a week. I’ve found a way to correct this through consumption of kimchi I guess. Maybe after that, my belly will finally not be larger than most girls around me.

I have the chickpea pasta but Iβve never heard of mushroom pasta. I tried looking on line at our supermarkets and also Amazon here in the UK and also YouTube but I canβt find it .please could you recommend a brand as Iβm now curious to even have a look .
