my hair refuses to stay up in a high ponytail, it just pulls my scalp so much and when i jump it hurts even more 🙁
It’s because your hair isn’t trained to do it, unless your hair is incredibly long and thick in which case it may be the weight.

didnt know where to put this but some constructive feedback on your water bottles – i would LOVE a screwcap option without a straw! Personally hate drinking from a straw (i find it bloats me as weird as it sounds) so i avoid drinking from them. I love the bottle, but i would love a different top as an option!
