Maybe try doing 3 cups a day then 5 then 8. I heard 8 cups a day is what you should be drinking. Staying hydrated has a lot of benefits. I heard 2 cups of water will give you as much energy as a monster. Iām not sure though.

@Please give me username ideas š Ok, but half your body weight in water a day is still not a good metric. Overhydration is s thing. Water intake varies due to age, health, and physical activity. A sedentary person needs less than an active person. Still, the recommended max of water for women is 11.5 cups a day on average. You can also tax your kidneys.

@Mrs. Lively I know it might sound wierd or extreme but she wasnt specific. You dont need to drink that much water 2L or 8 cups is what’s recommended for anyone.
30min of workouts everyday wasnt specific, but shes not wrong, the WHO recommends most adults to do 30min of moderate-light activity everyday or 150-300min of moderate activity every week and 75min of intense activities.
30min of that workout can be just walking or riding a bike a moderate or slow pace, that wont harm you if you do it everyday.
If you are starting you journey into health and fitness than follow what your doctors tells you, he knows whats best for you and knows the which conditions you have and dont have.

You cannot give general advice for everybody it’s not good
And a lot of people that follow her treats her like she is the one true goal and she’s using that to her advantage.

@I’m not a Cat i mean itās really not too complex to count how long you excercise, make sure you drink enough water, and make sure your food isnāt unhealthy? as someone who has recovered from an ed (anorexia) i understand how all the limitations and the calculating can definitely develop an ed, but in this case, i donāt think itās strict enough to do so. yet, everyoneās different!

I think it all has to do with accountability and reasonā¦ to live a healthy and longer life you should eat healthy and exercise everyday? just because you donāt want to take accountability of your own eating disorder or insecurity you shouldnāt throw it down other peopleās throat just because people want to be healthy.

@isabellaborras thank God you did recover from your ED, I did aswell however I found that adopting this routine has triggered me and caused me to relapse years ago. I agree everyone is different some people can track every single thing but I think its too rigid and time consuming for a regular person who isnt looking to change their physique for the reasons i mentioned before.

Also when you see a dietician or nutritionist you journal what you eat and when? Thereās so much that goes into food and exercise and itās a science and if you are having issues with this you should seek a professional. I have to journal what I eat and exercise because I have health complications and itās saving my life to take out addictive and processed bad foods.
