The best food I eat is liver, followed by salmon and eggs. Extremely nutrient dense for your brain to perform optimally, prevent disease and increase longevity 🤓
That’s a nice line up!
I eat liver once in a week time. 100 grams. Can it it be eaten everyday?
Hi Dr Zyrowski Merry christmas and Happy new year from the uk. Thanks for all your videos
Merry Christmas!
My top 12 food: garlic, honey, beef, fish, lemon, boiled eggs, whole grain bread, berries, green apples, beans, olive oil and nuts.
Yuk hate liver but thanks for the info.
Good morning from Italy 🇮🇹
Much of my family is from Sicily. Morning!
I was in the store and saw wild warm and cold salmon. Is this the same as wild caught?? I’ve never seen it worded like this before.
I’m not sure… strange.
If you don’t like the strong taste of beef liver then lambs liver is a much milder tasting alternative. Lightly cooked with onions and garlic it is delicious. Also it is very cheap – at least it is in the UK.
I’ve never had lamb, interesting though.
I’m obsessed with lamb! Thanks, I’ll look for lamb liver, too.
As I understand only beef liver has the ideal nutritional profile. Even calf’s liver is not the same.
Great video!!!
Thank you!
I am sure you are aware at how we are laughed at when we eat our version of coconut ! Where coconuts are grown, they consider the ones that WE eat as old and no longer good for a person. THEY eat the coconut when it is green on the outside, while being very limp and rubbery on the inside. NO RESEMBLANCE AT ALL TO………FRESH………COCONUTS. Yet, for some odd reason, you choose the old, no longer good for a person coconut to push folks towards in your photo.
That is not true. Green coconut is consumed for the water and the brown dried coconut for the flesh. None of these versions is considered old and no longer good for a person, where did you get that from?
@Monty Cora . Straight from two places, Monty. Haiti and from Hawaii. And after eating the green coconut pie, I gagged.
@Carol Cole – ok so in Haiti and Hawaii they say brown coconut is old and not fit for human consumption, is that it? Well, in Brazil, brown and green coconuts are sold in supermarkets. Both are fit for human consumption, you just buy the one that fit your needs.
@Monty Cora AS is done in the US, Monty……..but only for the past 20 years, because so very many immigrants came that were hollering for the green fresh coconuts, that our country finally gave in and now have them both ! When I was in Haiti, I specifically
asked, “ What do you DO with the brown ones ? “ “ Throw them away “.

Yes but liver also has a lot of uric acid that can led to gout!
Merry Christmas to you and your family, Dr. Nick!
Dr Z, Another expert I follow has given me some food for thought about broccoli because he recommended brussels sprouts over broccoli. Do you have any comments about this? Thank you. Merry Christmas!
My dad ( we’re Slavic decent) used to just swallow a clove of garlic every day. Is that ok? He’d just swallow it like a pill, with water. Thank you!
Merry Christmas Dr and ur Family’s. 🙏❤️🙏
