I think in a different video she said she just wants to gain more muscle – right now she’s already in great shape but it’s a “lean” figure when she wants to look more “muscular”?

Dieting can be perplexing at times as you’ll plateau eventually as your body adapts to weight loss and muscle accumulation. When I hit that point my trainer told me to go on a calorie cheat day no holds bar. I smoked some weed, ate a pound of bacon in the form of BLTs, and smoked more weed. Trained at the same pace as before then lost 4 lbs for that week being double my 2 lbs / week average.
