You do realize that a full range of motion is necessary for muscle growth and strength development, right? Those aren’t even half reps. Those are 1/10 reps. Why not just do front and side raises with something like a water bottle or a large can? Or just buy cheap secondhand dumbbells. Anything heavy.

I wish she didn’t promote these exercises. As a beginner, I would think these actually work and do them instead of good exercises.
