Try this upper body routine:

Tricep press outs x 15 – light band
Bicep curls x 12 – light to medium band
Seated row x 15 – combine light and medium band
Triceps push-up x 12 – beginners can use the heavy band and as you get stronger, use a lighter band until you can do no band!
