Try this upper body routine:
Tricep press outs x 15 – light band
Bicep curls x 12 – light to medium band
Seated row x 15 – combine light and medium band
Triceps push-up x 12 – beginners can use the heavy band and as you get stronger, use a lighter band until you can do no band!
Btw I’m using the aluminum free @Secret Deodorant with cardboard tube (appreciate the non plastic) in this video! I like the smell and how smooth it feels going on because of the skin conditioners in the formula. Try it if you’re looking for a new deo.

I never thought I would be able to do any exercises bc I have fibromyalgia. But after doing some digging I found that I can do Pilates, Yoga, take walks, and even go on bike rides. I plan to start some of these and I’m hoping it helps to take away some of the pain
Any suggestions for exercises you can do with covid/ while sick? I was loving the ab challenge but cannot work out that strenuously right now. 😔
honestly, I would take it very easy. considering it’s respiratory. I’d go for an easy walk, 30 mins a day. You don’t want to go heavy and endanger yourself with too much. I’m not a professional by any means, it’s the best thing to do and you’re still active.

Yeah you can do this for 3 years and lift weights for 3 months and get the same results 😆
IK this is an ad but you shouldn’t apply antiperspirant or deodorant right before working out. If you applied it several hours before gym that’s ok but if you want to apply something that will block your skin and then perform activities that naturally lead to secretion you’ll do no good for your skin :))
