I’m doing exercise myself, you and Chloe ting are my exercise teachers for the summer lol! I also like to do yoga but exercise is more of my thing and being stronger mentally and physically

I used to go to daily walks/runs but it’s monsoon in India, so I’ve been working out at home inconsistently, mostly yoga and yeahh this sounds like a great change!

Cassy u have been such a great help to me i am going to middle and my dad goes to the gym so i do your WONDERFUL workouts at home dont give up ever,keep taking risks and

I love challenges but I really don’t like to do the same day by day, over and over again. Might pass on this one or do it with my own twist but I am sure I’ll be in for the next one! 💪🏻😂

This is so great to stay motivated and excited cause when you are regularly working out your body get used to the work and you kinda get bored of doing the same things again and again. And then get demotivated and don’t workout at all so this is going to be great😘

Lately I’ve been struggling more and more to do my workouts. I am trying to do at least 1 hour of cardio a day, but my feet hurt more and more everyday and I’m scared to loose motivation to workout. I’ll definitely try this!

Personally I think I’m getting SUPER unfit cuz I’ve finished my dance classes/the only sport I do, and now I just feel tired. This was pretty much what I needed! Thanks Cassey!!!
