The egg industry hasnβt been able to prove that eggs are a healthy food
Commercial eggs arenβt , but more natural pasture raised eggs are.
Because they aren’t healthy.
@Bob Hingst The location doesn’t make them healthy.
Hey Wellness Warrior, eggs really are a perfect food when you break down the nutrient profile. Always eat eggs from healthy chickens though. Free range..
Cheesy eggs with potatoes, chicken, and bell peppers all scrambled together. Mmmmm
Hey Wellness Warrior, sounds like a great breakfast.
Sounds so Yummy AND Nutritious!!π
Nicely done Dr. Zyrowski ! Wife and I are Keto OMAD w/ 2 hour window, everyday. Eating everything minus the potato, and add goat kefir, and additional focus on prebiotc foods. Some longer water fasts of 3,5,7 days help as well. KGI 1.5 to 2.4 most days. This is for now to help met my goals. As you mentioned, use the tools best for your situation. I’m 5′-8″ 64 and at 185 lbs, down 42 in 10 weeks.
Hey Wellness Warrior, thanks for sharing. Your hard work is paying off, keep it up!
Along with prolonged fasting i started OMAD and sometimes eating only twice per day in a short window… so far its working great i turned 50 this summer and want to avoid all those metabolic disease.
Hey Wellness Warrior, keep putting in the hard work, you are making great changes!
This was perfect! πππ
Hey Wellness Warrior, glad you loved it!
What about IF for women? We are different physiology and I can’t believe one size fits all.
Maybe do some research yourself. Just a thought
Is white rice good for OMAD?
It is high in carbs and will likely lead to a high blood sugar spike followed by a reactive hypoglycemic period. It can also be a source of arsenic.
It’s better to switch to higher in fibre such as non starchy vegetables as well as quality protein and fats.
If you do decide to have something high in carbs such as rice, potato etc then allow it to cool to reduce the glycermic effect by creating resistant starch
Wonderful. Dr.I do intermittent fasting every day and I eat one meal a day ( OMAD: 23:1). No junk food at all.
Thank you! π
Thank you soooo much
