I drink a gallon everyday its a must for me.
I have felt dehydrated for many months now and can’t seem to get my body back to normal. I have also been using electrolytes and it helps a little. Would it also help to take a fiber supplement so that it holds the water in my body longer?? Thanks Dr Nick .
