Same here, I do the occasional ab workout from someone else but Cassey’s the one I always come back to 🙂 Her personality is why her channel is still as big as it is despite the growing popularity of other fitness youtubers

Hey, I did almost the whole thing. The crunches I didn’t do., I was confused. But it was fun. It burned alot in my hips. It was great. Ty.
I really liked this one and how the moves kept changing. It made it easier to keep going through the burn.
