What is it? ➡️ A FREE 14-day workout program & meal plan designed to help you reach your physical and mental goals for summer! You will work out 30 minutes a day, use my registered dietitian-approved meal plan, and drink 64 oz water every day for 14 days.
When does it start? ➡️ May 3rd -16th. The first day is a brand new video so don't start without us 😉
How long are the workouts? ➡️ Each day you'll be committing to 30 minutes of exercise!

@JoanneXD D it is possible but not encouraged because overexercising might cause excessive dehydration 🥵 we were only encouraged to make light/low impact exercises
I literally have no excuse this time 😂 We got the meal plans and work outs laid out. I don’t have the weights but then she said, use water bottles, cans, etc lol. I just need the will power now 💪🏽

One of the reasons I love and have stuck with Cassey is that she is an instructor who A) knows the difference between a dietitian and nutritionist and B) makes the most fun apartment friendly, no equipment/rep workouts
