I wish I could excersize. I have some extreme nerve pain in my legs. 😫 I can’t participate this time although I’m so excited for this, hopefully I can watch and do this challenge soon. It feels like a set back to have this pain. Thanks in the meantime for helping encourage those around you on the health journey!

@The Program excuse me but who are you to give unwarranted snake oil advice to someone with a serious health condition? This is so demeaning and underplays the seriousness of their pain thinking you can fix it with some lemon water 🙄
yes, i wish sometimes they would post really radical modifications for people with mobility issues, sometimes people forget that if you are in a wheelchair or something like that you want to do workouts too. I remember when I had a mobility scare, working out was really important for me, i liked swimming because I felt really supported in the water. The seated arm workouts on this channel are actually really good in the sense that they don’t use your legs at all.
DJ Sam nailed it with this playlist. Many of them were perfect beat times for reps, and it helped everything go by so fast and much more fun. A+ music choices, Sam! 👍💪

Aaaarms! I always have a hard time with my upper body, but you’re onr of the reasons that I have fun with it! This workout was definitely the one that went by so quick. Greetings from Germany! Just got up and headed straight into the workout. I especially love that you include a warm up for the whole body, so now after the workout I just need some stretches to be ready for the day. The workout was really fun. It was hard, but I’m not actually dying or so… I did it with to glasbottles of tomato purree. Maybe it is time for me to purchase some weights. By the way: Thank you that these workouts are longer than your normal videos, I don’t particularly enjoy doing many videos in a row for getting a proper workout in… I would love to see you adding some cool down stretches to your workouts to make it complete… what do you think?
Same here in London – first thing I did on Saturday (well, after feeding the cats, unloading the dishwasher, helping my daughter find all her lost stuff etc etc!). And I agree it would be great to have stretch down at the end of all the glow up videos. (Like your bangs, but really love your look without them, Cassey!)

Don’t know why but I really love the shoulder stretch squats from the warmup, I learned them from your energizing morning stretches video and now I do them as part of all my warmups! <3

Love this video! I had to start a few days later than everyone but since I live in Europe it permits me to watch the sessions directly on YouTube. Love the summary of the move on the right of the screen.
On 2020 my boyfriend and I started exercising daily during quarantine (I’m watching and doing your videos since 2011, but did once, max two trainings per week ) and we loved it. We lived in a super small flat and it was hard to find the space but we kept at it and you have no idea how helpful it was to keep a notion of « normality » and have a healthy routine during the crazy months.
The whole series 7 day workout with abs, legs etc (one area per week) was super hard but it made us improve so much! We lost 3 kg eacH and got back our healthier bodies . In 2021 we fell a little bit behind but kept at it! Just less seriously …Now I want to find back what I know I can achieve (I regained my 3 kg but I don’t blame myself. The world is crazy and I needed the comfort)!!
