My advice is to do crunches with legs in the air but if its to hard i guess this is better than nothing

It’s so hard to get back into regular exercise after having fallen off for so long that over half of your progress you spent years building has gone away.

I’ve done this one with feet apart & not touching the entire side of each foot on each swivel, it still feels great!

Now that I think about it, you should start training with Gymnastic Rings. Do some bodyweight stuff. Would be nice to seeing you do some and hearing a feedback or stuff… Cuz I thought bodyweight training and Yoga went hand in hand unlike Weights

Hey you probably won’t see this bug I had the idea of an outdoor Collection, I live hiking, walks, running, biking and so much more so if you could make equipment for more out door things I think a lot of people would enjoy these. Love you ❤️
