I mean the lunge where ur legs r farther apart isnt wrong especially if ur doing lunges to get flexible and practice for doing a split but idk much abt lunges so

btw: the front knee is allowed to go over the front foot! it’s a myth that it has to stay over the foot. a knee needs mobility.

This helps so much my knees used to hurt so bad whenever I did lunges because I never knew how to do it properly

Lol me who has to do deep af lunges for fencing however it is absolutely hilarious that people will say they can do a super deep lunge and then I can go almost to the floor with no problem

I’ve got an anterior pelvic tilt and it basically always looks like I’m sticking my butt out no matter how straight I try to stand. Can you show a proper squat form from an incorrect one? I’m always having to adjust myself.

Actually in a lunge you need to decline your upper body a little bit…even more if you want to target your gluteus maximus the other ways you did are not wrong, they are lunge variaties
