For child’s pose works the best I literally did of today, I personally do shifts between childs pose and snake pose (hope you got what i meant)

Exercise does help in cramps! It’s feels good to take care of your body in a way that’s actually healing and healing your body.
Ps. Avoid chocolates in period, like seriously avoid it. You might not notice it right away but it’s not great in long run. Instead have honey lemon water (ginger, cardamom are optional) or jaggrey if you have sweet cravings. Happy periods to you! ;))

Also, consume iron, your body needs it while on your period!!
Other things too, but highly suggest iron, and some fibre or hello even worse period poops 😅

I’m watching this bc why not lol! Video idea I would love: stretches for thighs bc I do horse riding and my thighs get really achy afterwards so it would be really useful! Ur amazing and I find ur vids so entertaining.
