Assume no sugar. Defeats the purpose otherwise.
Go Sugar free and then add berries if you want to sweeten it. You can even ad honey, but just don’t get the pre sweetened or flavored kind. They are not good.

Dr Nick why do some functional medicine drs say that dairy is inflammatory? I had a food sensitivity test done and I’m not sensitive to dairy but my dr still said not to eat it because it’s inflammatory.
It’s a matter of opinion.
But what basis do they have for the opinion that dairy is inflammatory?
I Love Yogurt, & have been eating Plain Greek yogurt for 4 Years now since Keto, not the Low Fat, high Sugar ones I used to eat.

I like yogurt a lot, but unfortunately can’t eat any dairy.. Even if i consume WPI from grass fed cows, without any additional rubbish, I still have huge digestive problems, even pain.
Then definitely avoid. I also cannot do much dairy.

As we all could see, the FDA approves just anything. Frankly, their approval means NOTHING to me.
What about skyr ?
I’m sure there’s so many health benefits of yoghurt, however I sense I am lactose intolerant. My digestion cannot handle it. I get so bloated and get pimples around my chin. I do love greek yoghurt though 🤣🤓
