I do the ACV once in awhile. So hard to drink it even when diluted with water. Might have to take that capsule form like you recommend.

There are so many styles of fasting. It’s all about which is best for you.
I loved to run and walk before I hurt my feet. I am old. 64 years young. I wish I could do it again but I am afraid I wont be able to walk for two years again. That was horrible. Although my feet are better but I don’t want to flare them up and take the chance. It makes you feel so good to exercise. Your brain, not your body when you are older though. It makes you look better but you will ache. I did it everyday and probably over did it. 6 miles a day. At least 5days sometimes 7. Runners love endorphins. I do best with protein and veggies diet. Keto has too many bathroom issues in order to go to work.

@Dr. Nick Zyrowski Yes, I had shots, I had physical therapy, then I got a good dr. He gave a great shot which was the last one I could get, plus he said no physical therapy.He told me to stay off my feet as much as possible and to put shoes on in the night when I go to the bathroom. Mine was super bad(plantar fasciitis). I thought yeah, I can just jog up my hill real quick without walking and loosening up one day because I thought I am in great shape.I run everyday no problem lol I really messed my feet up. Never again, I will always walk first and loosen up first. I just haven’t tried it because I was working on my feet and I was afraid I might not be able to make a living so now I have a work at home job because I had fallen down trip over the curb running into kroger and messed up my shoulder and arm when I hit the side walk face down and my arms caught me so my face didn’t hit the ground . So I have another injury. I need an mri but I don’t have insurance. So I am on the computer. That is what I wanted anyway but not this job. That was two months ago when I fell, still hurting when I lift my arm. lol Sorry long story.
@Dr. Nick Zyrowski Now I am 50lbs fatter since I don’t exercise like I used to.Then I went on keto. Now I am off keto and just drinking applecider vinegar.

Many people don’t love it, but walking is good. Just do a brisk walk and get your heart rate up.
Exactly right! Hate counting, tracking everything I consume. Fasting, eating smaller meals 1-2 meals a day, no snacks. I like to Drink a tea to help push off the wanting to graze. . I like Yerba Mate tea to hold me over till my meal time. It helps push off hunger & cravings.

I go to the gym 5 days a week for 1 to 3 hours per visit. I enjoy doing it. You got to love YT, they dropped in a Wendy’s Baconator ad as soon as you showed your list, 1. Clean up your diet.😄

Apparently weight loss is 85% diet and 15% exercise. Agree IF is best way to lose weight. I was heading for 40” waist now after twelve months of IF I’m a 33” waist.
