Should probiotics and enzymes be taken together? Or if you take probiotics do you need to take enzymes?
They certainly can be. but its not necessary.

Some may but certainly not all of them. There is benefits to having probiotics in the stomach to help protect you from issues like H. Pylori .

So if i take a probiotic 30 minutes before a meal and say i eat asparagus which contains prebiotics thats bad?
That is a good thing not a bad thing.
If probiotics are to be taken on an empty stomach, then when do you eat the prebiotics? Is “pre” not to be taken literally?
In the meal you eat 30 minutes later.

There is one doctor from Serbia, dr Belojevic, who recommended last year taking probiotics as a strategy to fight covid!
