I’ve tried so many artificial sweeteners and have bad reactions to every single one.(Stevia being the absolute worst) I guess that’s just not an option for me….
Monk fruit is a granulated NATURAL sugar/ plant based. 1 to 1 substitution. Also for ☕️I take TRUVIA (Stevia without Dextrose) 2YRS ago I dropped 18Lbs 1 lb/Wk. 2019 I surpassed goals

The problem with a lot of store bought cauliflower pizza crusts, including Boboli, is there are a ton of carbs due to other ingredients. You’re better off making your own crust.

You are so right! I’ve been intermittent fasting, and exercising, and eating more veggies in the last 2 years and I’ve lost 35 pounds…and still maintaining

For sugar, is honey a good alternative? I use manuka honey on my coffee.
Honey has quite a few more carbs than white sugar, but it also has good dietary benefits. I just be careful not to use too much, its sweeter so its easier to use less but I wouldn’t consider it an alternative to sugar.
