instead of that you can drink water before your meal and it slowly so you dont eat as much and you feel full for a few hours until your next meal

If you are worried about bloated stomach every time you eat. the first time you wake up immediately take a glass of warm water with drops of lemon. works wonders for me.

I needed to hear this, I know its only week one and 2 days but I’ve been working hard and get onto myself when I eat high cal foods and cheat a bit. I’m now on day 10 and I’m starting to like the healthier foods more and want to go for them more. My shoulders and arms have slimmed down. I can lift heavier things I couldn’t before. My thighs are more firm and strawberry legs are going away. My butt is also more perky and cellulite is still kinda there but disappearing and I’m excited to go to the gym, its like a safe place with a calm atmosphere now. An almost daily ritual, besides mega pain days. I’ve had bloating problems for years but have no idea what foods and drink I can have that WONT make me bloat. Plus I work in a fast paced job so its hard to eat slowly sometimes I even forget to eat at work then I come home feeling bad and have something unhealthy but not entirely. Like my homeade chocolate or some of the baked sea salt chips

This is really helpful I just moved into my first apartment as a 20 year old and I feel like I’ve gained wait jusr because I’m eating a little shittier since it’s been hard between trying to get everything organized and cleaning the house and working a full time job and trying to relax in between all of it it’s just hard sometimes seeing other girls because when I haven’t eaten yet in the morning I feel so good about my body but the second I eat and bloat up I feel so gross about myself

Thank you for this! I’ve been lifting heavier and the gains are coming through. But I stepped on the scale, and for a moment I was crushed. I love to see the muscle definition come through, I love to feel strong. But I let that number on the scale diminish my hard work 😭😢🥺 strong is beautiful. You’re an inspiration.

I struggle with an ED on and off and today I was giving myself the hardest time looking in the mirror. I’ve lost weight but the intrusive thoughts came in and I was gonna start my journal again when I track how much I eat, how many calories, how much fat etc. Thank you. This video showed up at the exact right time for me. I needed to hear someone tell me the numbers don’t matter. I’m literally in tears as I write this. Thank you so much for unknowingly helping me stop the cycle from starting again. It means more than you know❤️

as long as you get essential nutrients and arent eating at a level that may cause medical issues, there’s no reason to be worried, eat what you want, just make sure there’s balance.
