I just use 10lbs of ankle weights total. (5lbs each) works great n is a bit harder from the distribution of weight down at the ankles.. the closer the resistance to the top of legs the easier.. thats what I noticed, I do her lower abs vid every day If I put the weights up to my knees its simple but if I keep them on my ankles its much harder
I just had the BEST idea for you: Flared workout leggings! I personally think that Flared pants are so cute and I think that if they were workout clothes then I’d be wearing them every time I work out!

Why are there SO many ads on all your videos now? I’m following the calendar and the 20 minute isolate arm video has FIVE unskippable ad breaks. This is ridiculous. No one wants to have constantly stop their at home workout because of ads.
