When you’re hitting those floor ab workouts like leg lifts, pay attention to these signs:
❌ Arch under your back
❌ Neck pulling
❌ Elbows cupping your head
Focus on these three things for the perfect form:
✅ Head resting on your hands
✅ Shoulders lifted
✅ Lower back is pressing into your mat

My Quads burn when I try to do anything that’s supposed to target my lower abs. I swear I’m ‘engaging my core’, but it still happens. What do I do?
keep doing it, soon your quads will become stronger and your core will too!

I wanted to do this, but I can lift neither my head nor my legs. That’s how flimsy and weak my body is, and I am currently working out with a trainer so I can do that someday.

And today i was doing your beginners calendar workout day 3 and after few hours i broke my leg i shouldn’t do anything for two weeks
Yet i was so determined to complete this 28 days challenge
Sadly i can’t
Sad to say that there are many “fitness” influencers out there who are yet to learn about this🫠
I have improved my core and I have visible abs after having two children and still can’t do this correctly. Lol
Yeh after doing it it’s like torture but the results are amazing
What if I have a whole lotta junk in the junk and a really arched back? If I try to put my lower back on the floor it would roll up shoulders.
How to train the back not to curve while doing this exercise?

We need a waterproof cover to go over the yoga mat incase it’s raining.

My mom has been taking Pilates classes for a few months and convinced me to go to an intro class with her last week…it was only 30 minutes and I was so sore the next day that deep breaths hurt cause my entire ribcage was sore. Couldn’t laugh cause my core hurt too😂 it was quite fun though
A deadbug or a hollow hold are great warmup exercises for exactly this reason.
