👉 Take a deep breath, count to 3, and JUST GO.
2️⃣ If you feel like giving up…
👉 Remember your “Why”.
3️⃣ If you feel like you’re not good enough…
👉 Think of 3 accomplishments you’re proud of and let it soak in.

I was 279.9 pounds 2 years ago….battling depression and miscarriages and a severe abusive relationship. I am 195.4 today. Im not done yet but I will keep going!

Maria I remember those days when I was young, and every month my exercise routines got broken because some of us just have more symptoms, you know? So I encourage you to do exactly what you said: start fresh today – and every “today” that tempts you to give up. In the long run, you will conquer! 🙌🙂

I just started my career in fitness this April! I’m so excited! Currently working as an Athlete Success Manager (office work) but I’ve been thinking maybe I will be trainer later! Idk, currently studying accounting but I’m soooo happy here! This could be my life every day!!!! 😃 I was in Track in HS. Danced and trained BJJ after HS. Now lifting 😁
