Just look more angry and hostile and no one will talk to you. >.> Then again I’m 6ft all so being the average height of a man has it’s perks. No one talk so me. XD But every petite friend I have is like “I”ll be looking greasy, hung over, totally gross and some gross old guy always walks up to me to hit on me.”

Hi! Just did day 1 of the 200 ab challenge, currently dying but that’s not my concern, so I take a medication in the morning and it severely drops my appetite and can make eating very difficult, is it okay to do the workouts without eating or should I try forcing some down? Just wondering lol

try to have a small snack 30 minutes before you do the workouts. it is best not to do any vigorous activity with an empty stomach, wake it up and get to the burning!

If someone bugs me while I’m doing my thing in the gym with headphones on, I assume either the buildings on fire or there’s been a major wardrobe malfunction that I was unaware of. Those are the only excuses

Hi! I love your videos so much and I am starting a workout routine of 25 minutes in the morning and 25 minutes at night. But in order to achieve losing fat in 14 days to a month, should I go on a calorie deficit? Or should I just find healthier options and avoid fatty foods?

I have to disagree. If someone is between sets or exercises w/headphones in then it’s perfectly acceptable for another person interested in the equipment to politely ask if they’re still using the equipment.

Sometimes, if every machine is taken, u need to ask someone when they’ll be done. That’s the only time I bother someone with headphones, let alone, at all. Sorry.
