@alleswatikkan You know what a plank is right? Like I am talking full plank which is the beginning position of a pushup (or mid position if you start your pushups from the elbows bent and tucked position). Your comment is just confusing to me.

Anyone got good tips on how to reduce wrist pain while doing push-ups? I like doing them, but I can’t seem to avoid the pain afterwards.

My dad has this problem too, so he does them on his knuckles. Most people find that too be harder and more painful, so Idk how well it will work for you. He’s a bit weird

😮 I’m gonna go try it
Update: It works! I feel like it might not target the exact same muscles though, because with the band I have to focus on my core and keeping my arms in place. The first attempt was pretty funny, as I pushed up the band twisted my arms inwards and I face planted 😂. To make it work, you need to also push your arms to keep proper form. Of course, you should be thinking of keeping proper form anyways.

That’s cus they recommend doing table and wall pushups if it’s hard. Not stuff like this. Cus then you still target the muscles
Yep

Do you have any workouts (other than prayer arms they’re the best) that work the biceps with low pec impact? I have breast implants and a lot of arm workouts are uncomfortable with all the pressure on the muscles holding the implants
