Loving this Glow up session started a bit late so did Day 1 and 3 together and just done Day 2 and 4 together I am dying!!! Your videos Cassey are amazing! have been watching your videos for years! <3 My why is so I can finally be strong and toned! I think I'm going to continue these workouts after these two weeks!

The American Kettlebell Swing! I wasn’t able to get my hands on those pretty dumbbells so I used my one litter bottle with a handle 🙂
KB deadlift!! It really makes me miss lifting!!

I can’t believe Im doubling the videos everyday and beasting through! I have gotten so much stronger, not just physical but mentally and emotionally. After falling on my face multiple times Cassey’s words have finally stuck!! Once you stop the pressure and guilt over food and exercise, it really changes everything!
