Soooo excited for this challenge! I lost weight with the 21 Day that I never thought I would. Most importantly, i fell in love with doing exercise for me. Not for the results but for how it makes me feel. I cant wait to prove to myself what I can really do!

I’ve done 1,000 crunches at one time. it’s not too bad once you get used to it.
I remember when I could do 100… sigh. But that was 10 years and 15 pds ago. Still, I do like a challenge
