I have a doubt that I do full body workout everyday like from different videos not same and I do your butt workout nearly everyday taking a day break in a week I am confused that should I decrease the amount of workout I do i want to gain muscles but is it necessary to do workout 6 times a week for faster result . I recently got interested in working out, ive always been on the bigger side, and i was insecure about my body! but i learned to love myself. i want to work out for the right reasons now, before it was just me dragging myself to exercise to look skinny enough or toned enough. But i want to workout for my health! Honestly i cant find other health/fitness youtubers that i love more than u! So what workout that you have can you recommend for me? I dont know which video to watch because i dont really know anything about fitness 😅 And if anyone else knows, i would like suggestions!

I found your channel and started doing your workouts everyday to take better care of my health and it just worked WONDERS. You were literally like a fairy godmother!
I stuck to your workouts for a year and a half and, in 2020, started going to the gym. Now I’m back to the dancing studio as well and I’m more confident than ever! I still come back to your channel for stretching, abs and glute workouts because you have the best videos ❤ you helped me so, so much! I look so much better and FEEL so much like myself.
