Just finished this workout! This one made me sweat the most out of all the workouts so far! I don’t have any dumbbells at home, so I used a light booty band for the clamshell at the end, and my booty was burning so hard by the end!

I’m really liking these glow up sessions and having a lot of exercises with the kettlebell and dumbells. I bought a kettlebell years ago but I didn’t really know what to do with it and I feel like it adds a lot to the routines. My thighs hadn’t been sore like that for years now. More of these would be great!
